Sensitive Forest Beings

There’s a tiny forest stream near my home where lots of wood anemones can be found in spring. And since some of them grow close to this stream I love to go there on sunny days at noon, when the sun creates gorgeous reflections on the moving water which can make a lovely background. But I never had reflections as cool as this before. There was just a tiny spot on the water surface where the dots of light moved very slowely and created this little piece of magic. This special reflections were so small, that all of them are framed in this picture. I just tried to find a fitting couple of wood anemones, to get one in focus and the other one just as a shadow in the reflections. The fragile and fairylike reflections emphasize the fragility of the tiny flowers (and for me of the entire natural world itself).
